Who we are

This privacy policy covers the One Man AI OS Masterclass — High Voltage, operated by Khalid Bin Helaly under TOPZID, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. When you use any of our pages at topzid.com, you are dealing directly with us — there is no separate company or third-party platform running the show.

What data we collect

We only collect what we need to confirm your seat and run the program.

Name

To match your payment and address you personally.

WhatsApp number

Primary contact. All confirmations, updates, and session links go here.

Email address

Optional on the payment form. Used as a backup contact if provided.

Payment details

Tier selected, amount, payment method, transaction ID, and reference code. Used solely to verify and match your payment.

Submission data

For scholarship and application forms: your written answers and video links. Used only to evaluate and communicate decisions.

Technical data

No tracking pixels, no cookies beyond what the browser handles for the font loader, no analytics.

How we use your data

To verify your payment and confirm your seat
To send session links, reminders, and program updates via WhatsApp
To match refund requests to the correct payment record
To evaluate scholarship applications and communicate results
To contact you if there are changes to the program schedule

We do not use your data for advertising, do not build profiles on you, and do not send you marketing beyond direct communication related to this program.

Who we share your data with

Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. The only external service that touches your data is Supabase, which stores it on our behalf in a secure database hosted in Singapore. Supabase does not use your data for any purpose beyond storage.

Payment transactions happen through BRAC Bank, bKash, and Nagad directly. We receive only the transaction ID and amount from those, not your full banking credentials.

How long we keep your data

Payment and reservation records are kept for one year after the program ends, for financial record-keeping purposes. Scholarship submissions are deleted within 90 days of results being announced. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Access: ask what data we hold about you
Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate data
Deletion: ask us to delete your data (subject to payment record requirements)
Objection: ask us to stop contacting you

To exercise any of these, message us on WhatsApp or email. We respond within 5 business days.

Data security

Your data is stored in a password-protected Supabase database with row-level access controls. We do not store full payment credentials. Reference codes are randomly generated and used only to link a payment to a person internally.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a material way, we will notify current program members via WhatsApp before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
