Refund Policy | One Man AI OS Masterclass

The short version

You have 24 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed to request a full refund. After that window closes, no refund is issued, for any reason. This is a live, cohort-based program with a fixed number of seats, and that seat is held for you from the moment your payment lands.

When the 24-hour window starts

The clock starts when you receive a WhatsApp confirmation message from Team Khalid stating that your payment has been verified and your seat is locked. Not from the moment you submit the payment form. Not from the moment you transfer the money. From the moment we send you written confirmation on WhatsApp.

If you have not received a confirmation WhatsApp within 24 hours of submitting payment, message us first — your payment may still be pending verification.

How to request a refund

Message +880 1681-096975 on WhatsApp within the 24-hour window.
Include your reference code (e.g. OPR-7LQZ) and transaction ID.
State clearly that you are requesting a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the same method you paid (bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad).

Late requests are not accepted. Sending a message after the 24-hour window, regardless of reason, does not qualify for a refund. Please be certain before you pay.

What is not refundable

Any request made more than 24 hours after payment confirmation
Payments for scholarship seats (those are free — no money changes hands)
Situations where you paid but did not attend sessions
Situations where you attended one or more sessions and then requested a refund
Dissatisfaction with content after attending a session

If the program is cancelled by us

If Khalid cancels the program entirely before it begins, every paying member receives a full refund within 7 business days, with no conditions and no questions asked. If a specific session is rescheduled rather than cancelled, no refund applies.

Guarantee vs. refund policy

The Operator Masterclass carries a separate completion guarantee: attend all sessions, submit weekly work, and ship your reel. If you complete those conditions and still do not leave with a working system and a portfolio-grade reel, you get a full refund regardless of the time elapsed. That guarantee is different from this policy and is honoured on its own terms. This refund policy applies to all other situations.
